Q: What is a serviced apartment?

A: A serviced apartment is the perfect combination between staying in a hotel and renting an apartment. We provide the comfort of a hotel including maid service, broadband access, fresh towels and linen change, but you also have the added convenience and freedom of staying in a spacious fully furnished luxury apartment.

Q: Where in Weston super Mare are your serviced apartments located?

A: Our apartments overlook the seafront and within walking distance of Weston super Mare town Centre, just 5 minutes drive from the M5 J21.

Q: What services and facilities are included in the rate?

A: Everything is included to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen LCD TV, Freeview, DVD player, WiFi high speed internet access and intercom entry system.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

A: Each apartment has daily maid service. This keeps your apartment looking the way it did when you first arrived and includes linen and towel change (weekly) and fresh towels for each day of your stay.

Q: How do I get access to my apartment?

A: Guest relations will meet you on arrival and show you around your apartment. The front door to each apartment has a secure modern electronic code lock which we programme with your unique 4 digit code allowing you access during the period of your stay with us.

Q: How do I pay and when do I pay?

A: Payment is required prior to commencing your stay. For further information on payment and cancellation policies please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Q: How much notice do I need to provide if I wish to cancel?

A: For you to cancel and receive a full refund of any monies paid a full 8 weeks notice is required. Victoria Mansions will always try and work with you in the event you have to cancel, however as apartments tend to be booked well in advance it is often not possible to re-let at short notice, which makes the cancellation policy necessary.

Q: How many people can stay in an apartment?

A: At the time of booking, the names of each person staying in the apartments are required. The total number of people is limited to the number of beds in the apartment.

Q: Do you give discounts for longer stays?

A: Packages are available for long stays, executives working away from home, guests in between property sales or relocating. Please call 01934 642159 or email enquiries at Victoria Mansions where a member of our team will be happy to discuss your exact requirements.

Q: What time is check in / check out?

A: Check-in is from 3pm on your day of arrival and check out by 10:00am.

Q: I am working on a contract basis, what type of apartment can you offer me?

A: At Victoria Mansions you can stay for any length of time you book from 1 day to 6 months or more.
